Characteristic for this product is that walking about the cable path the location of the cable are indicated very precise by two markers. These markers are constantly changing from left to right, so that every step will be exact checked and corrected. The Digi7 has an extremely high precision and because of this it is perfectly useable for densed cable area's. The Digi7 has a visual indication and auditive indication. Through the peak- and null detection and the adjustable power the cable path can be followed very precise. The adjustable sensitivity is ideal for locating in dry of wet ground and for long or deeply buried cables. Thanks to the adjustable power cables will be found very precise in densed cable area's. The Digi7 is also suitable for tracing of branches and splices and for the locating of obstructions in water pipes. This tracer is also very useful for mapping buried cables. This ground cable locator is equipped with a large digital LCD display with left-to-right guidance, analogue LCD bar graph and an absolute signal strength readout (0-999). The audio indicator has a variable pitch response on each side of the target conductor. This locator can be used on different ways. This differs from the totally automatic mode to the totally manual mode. A very accurate depth measurement until 2,5 metre is also possible with this instrument. The receiver has a connector for the optional IC49 or IC56 Inductive Coupler which can be used as an extra antenna to identify one unique cable of a bundle.
